We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Clubhouse Events & Hospitality Manager to help lead the day-to-day operation of our clubhouse and play a key role in the continued growth of our club.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference at one of the region's most ambitious community rugby clubs. Working closely with our volunteers, directors and caterers, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming clubhouse environment, supporting matchdays and events, growing commercial opportunities and ensuring the clubhouse remains at the heart of club life.

This is a part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week) on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a flexible working pattern to suit the demands of the rugby season and events calendar. The salary is £15,000–£18,500 per annum, with the opportunity to earn a performance-related bonus.

• Has excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Can work independently and use their initiative.

• Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

• Has experience in hospitality, events or venue management (or similar).

• Wants to help shape the future of a thriving community sports club.
