Safeguarding Policy

Bradford on Avon RFC abides by the Rugby Football Union (RFU) Guidelines and policies on Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults. These cover such areas as recruitment and selection of coaches and officials working with children, anti–bullying, trips away with children and vulnerable adults, and the use of images of children under 18. 

If the child whom you have concerns about is in immediate danger or needs medical attention, call 999 as soon as possible.  If not, please email the BOA safeguarding team (safeguarding@boarugby.club) and they will respond to your email within 24 hrs.

Social Media Policy

The purpose of this attachment is to set clear guidelines for the use of social media within Bradford on Avon Rugby Club. Social media is a powerful tool for communication and promotion, but it must be used responsibly to ensure the club’s reputation and the welfare of its members, particularly children and vulnerable adults. This policy applies to all club members, staff, volunteers, parents, and supporters.
