Bradford on Avon RFC abides by the Rugby Football Union (RFU) Guidelines and policies on Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults. These cover such areas as recruitment and selection of coaches and officials working with children, anti–bullying, trips away with children and vulnerable adults, and the use of images of children under 18. Copies of these guidelines and policies are available at https://www.englandrugby.com/governance/safeguarding or from the Club Safeguarding Officer.
During our events Bradford on Avon RFC may occassionally take photographs and recordings for promotional and archival purposes. The photographs and recordings made are likely to appear on our website and social media accounts. If you would prefer not to be photographed please let the official photographer know.
As a club member, you are welcome to photograph/film your own child and their friends playing rugby, provided the images are for individual family use and not for publication or display on the internet. However, when taking photographs/recordings you must be prepared to identify yourself and state your purpose for photography/filming. You must also not take images of other players if so requested by their parents or club officials.
