Club Membership
All club membership data is now held in the RFU Game Management System (GMS) to ensure we are GDPR compliant. It is accessible from the main page of the RFU website –
This is directly linked to our web-site – www.boarugby.com- which will be the main communication system for the club.
Your existing username and password are still valid. If you have forgotten your password you can reset it if you have your username.
If you don't have either, send an email to membersec.boarugby@icloud.com for a reset.
Please check your personal information in GMS and amend it if necessary.
Select ‘details’ click on pencil symbol to edit a box, click on square symbol to save changes.

Use your GMS username and password to ‘sign-in’ to the website. The link is at the bottom of the main page.

- Using your phone, pad or computer via your browser go to: https://boarugbyclub.square.site/membership
- Select and click on the category of membership you require
- Hit the Join/Renew button
- Complete your personal details and you will be able to pay by card or eg ApplePay
- If paying for children please add their names in the Notes Box
- The the Club Membership secretary will be automatically informed of your membership payment and will record it.
- Setup a standing order payment for 10 months.
- Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
- Monthly amounts are:
- Member: £6.00
- Pensioner: £4.00
- Family: £12.00 plus £3.00 per extra child
- Senior Player: £12.00
- Student Player: £12.00
- Under-6 player: £6.00
- Email membersec.boarugby@icloud.com with the names of those being paid for.
New Members.
- Open the club web-site and select the 'Membership' Tab. Choose 'Purchase' (blue box).
- The GMS page will open - click 'Create New Account' (bottom left - below 'login')
- Insert details and click 'Next'
- Add more family details if required - 'Confirm'
Applications have to be checked by the club registrar so will not appear immediately in the membership list. You will then be sent an email from GMS with your username and instructions about setting yourself a password.
Player Registration
Senior player
RFU registrations are valid for the coming season.
New Senior players
You have to fill in the RFU form which is available at the clubhouse. Leave it for the attention of Pete MacGregor.
Junior player
Age Grade Players (u6 - u18) have to be re-affiiated to the club at the start of every season. Information is to be up-dated annually by their parent/guardian.

Youth Players Transfering from other clubs
A parent should log-in to GMS using their existing details and affiliate their youth-player to Bradford on Avon Rugby Club. Youth players can now be affiliated to more than one club
